Terry is Wanganui born and bred. He has valuable knowledge of Wanganui’s stormwater , sewerage and watermain infrastructure below the streets of the city.

Terry has recently retired but is often seen at the office keeping a finger on the pulse. He has more time to spend on the golf course, but staff is aware that he is just a phone call away. Terry has a strong belief in service to the customer, and has encouraged staff in this philosophy.

Before Drainworld, Jan worked at Humes Pipelines for 12 years, and has an understanding of the entire process from manufacture through to sales. Jan has extensive background in the industry and brings this knowledge and her bright personality to Wanganui. It is Jan's strong belief in providing the best possible service, and demanding the best from suppliers, that make her invaluable to the company and its clients.

After joining in 2005, has quickly gained knowledge of the industry. Chris started out as a sales assistant and now is responsible for looking after local contractors and their projects, and ensuring the right product is available at the right time. Customer service is of the utmost importance to Chris, and his pleasant disposition makes him easy to work with.

Tahu worked for Axiam Plastics and has 10 years experience with injection moulding. He has attained considerable industry knowledge during his time at Drainworld and can assist with anything you require - sales, advice and delivery of gear to job sites. Tahu also assists in stock control.

In 2010 Elaine joined the team after working for Post Haste couriers for 13 years. Her role in administration is growing all the time, handling the day to day invoicing, stock control and banking etc. Her voice is normally the first you hear when you call, and she can direct you to the best person based on your requirements.
